I just watched Lonely Planet/Pilot Guides for the first time in a couple months and it was inspiring for a many good reason: 1. It was an episode I'd never seen, about the Solomon Islands 2. Ian Wright was the host 3. Ian Wright looked absolutely wonderful with his shaggy hairdo Glub, glub. There was also a part of the episode where they go right up to the edge of a volcano's crater and watch it erupt. You should have seen the glow on the host's face. Sheer, genuine interaction with the earth's inner core. It must have been amazing. I want his job now. Take me to: Ghana. Romania. Russia. Spain. Mexico. Kenya. Burkina Faso. Laos. Ireland. Mongolia. New Zealand. Grab me by the hand and show me the world.
And I feel fine....... - 2004-02-23 |
